Spain Villa 5103 dates back to the forties, when it was designed as a new project by the current owner’s father.
Decorated during the following decade with luxury and sumptuousness, since then it has fulfilled its natural function as a noble family home, a prototype of Catalan upper class lifestyle.
From an architectural viewpoint, the type of house was defined by the small majestic palaces and mansions at the turn of the century, many of which were inspired in Italian style country villas; and that is the impression one gets when facing the main facade of Spain Villa 5103 in Llavaneras.

The main entrance, with a square patio, is surrounded by granite pillar archways. Covering the whole inside surface, a plunge Pool is surrounded by large slabs of black and white marble.

The dining room accommodates 10 persons.
The summer sitting/dining room is situated in a porch in the garden, including a barbecue.
The large, fully equipped kitchen, with cellar, has an eating and TV area.
