St Lucia Villa 10290 is the largest vacation villa on the island.

It is great for family reunions, weddings, groups, birthday parties, anniversaries, or a vacation with friends.

The house is nestled on a hillside, only minutes by foot away from the nearest beach, with spectacular sea views.

Offering nine air-conditioned bedrooms all ocean front, TV, and bathrooms with shower and/or bathtub, a group of 20+ people will find space to get comfortable.

With 7400 square feet of covered space, three hammocks, a hanging basket, a private pool and sundeck, the bar area, a wedding gazebo and many benches all over the property, everybody will discover a spot to relax.

For the little guests there are toys, books, a portable crib, two high chairs, a bed rail etc. available to make sure they are well taken care of, and because the pool can be locked off, parents can unwind and enjoy their stay.

The upper floor of the Villa features four bedrooms (Calabash, Cashew, Tamarind, Nutmeg) the kitchen and buffet area, a TV corner with DVD and VCR set up, an extra powder room, the main dining room including a terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

The large dinning room can accommodate a group of 20 people dining on one large table or, if preferred, the set up can be split up into three tables of 6-8 people.

The home entertainment center with two large loungers has a movie library for all ages and a small CD collection for the enjoyment of our guests.

The catering-size kitchen and buffet area is set up with microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, deep fat fryer, blender, food processor, six burner stove, two large freezer/fridge combinations, chest freezer, dish washer, a quadruple sink, and self-serve counter with espresso machine and small fridge.

The lower floor of the Villa contains five bedrooms (Mango, PawPaw, Guava, Almond, Carambola) , terrace, bar with large wooden open-air deck, library corner with stereo and coin/credit card phone.

Surrounded by a wooden sun deck the pool invites you to laze away the day, read a book or enjoy a drink in the gazebo at the edge of the deck while taking in the beautiful views of Anse du Cap Bay.

The romantic hammock retreat, the large couple’s hanging basket, and wooden as well as stone benches all over the property make for many quiet enclaves to enjoy by yourself or with a loved one.

One of the most outstanding features of the Villa is the newly added sunset deck. By extending the bar area it offers beautiful sunset views in the afternoon and is ideal for candlelight dinners and star gazing at night.

On the First floor is the Master Bedroom named “Calabash” Bedroom, a beautifully decorated bridal/master suite with four- poster bed, island furniture, small fridge, cable TV, A/C, dressing area and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. It is located in the right wing of the top floor.

“Tamarind”, next to “Calabash”, has a four-poster double bed, en-suite bathroom, cable TV, A/C, features a hammock on its balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

“Nutmeg”, located in the left wing of the upper floor, features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, cable TV, A/C, and a hammock on its balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

“Cashew”, next to “Nutmeg”, has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, cable TV, A/C also offers excellent views of the blue sea through any of its three windows.

On the Ground floor is the guest bedroom named “Mango”, located to the far left, directly below “Cashew” with two double beds, en-suite bathroom, cable TV, A/C is decorated in Caribbean colors.

“Pawpaw”, a room with one double bed, cable TV, A/C and en-suite bathroom, is situated between “Mango” and “Guava”.

“Guava”, has two double beds, en-suite bathroom, cable TV and A/C is identical to “Mango”.

“Almond”, the family room, has three double beds, en-suite bathroom, cable TV, A/C and can be used for various purposes including: business meetings, group sessions, boys or girls room for wedding parties, or just about anything else like a Super Bowl Party or Slumber Night.

“Carambola”, the room nearest to the library corner, with a connecting door to Almond, is ideal for families with small children and has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, cable TV and A/C.

The Villa Concierge can take care of all your on-property-wedding and special events needs and will be able to recommend and book tours and restaurants for you and your group. Groceries services are also available!

Your culinary needs are taken care of by the villa's excellent Caribbean cooks, who will spoil you from Monday to Sunday with their delicious meals.

In addition, there are two house keepers that are in daily to take care of all rooms and keep the house spotless for your convenience.

At the villa there is also wireless internet access.

Located in the North of the island, the villa is two minutes away from the 18-hole championship golf course and six minutes from Rodney Bay, the tourism center of St. Lucia.

Activities include:18 hole golf course only 2 min away. Scuba diving (we can organize individual dives for your group). Horseback riding tours. Snorkeling (two of the most beautiful snorkeling locations are just 3 -10 min walk away from the Villa). Sailing tours (tailored to your group’s individual needs).
