Villeneuve Loubet Villa 251 is a beautiful villa which is situted in the medievel town of Villeneuve Loubet.

Nice airport is aproximately 20 minutes drive while one can reach the sandy beaches in 10 minutes.

This is a tastfully and lovingly restored villa which retains the character of the surrounding chateau and grounds. One has the advantage of complete tranquility in luxurious surroundings with the bonus of being close to all amenities.

The large pool (16 x 9) offers a further area for outside entertaining with a pool house with kitchenette.
