On the Upper Level is the villas lush courtyard, with its beautiful botanical gardens and elegant fountain, that welcomes you as you enter the extraordinary upper level living area.

There is an exquisite great room with a formal dining area, an incredible master bedroom suite, two wonderfully large guest bedrooms, and a full gourmet kitchen with an attached breakfast area.

The master bedroom suite contains a sunken living room, an impressive audio/video entertainment center, a gorgeous marble and granite full bathroom with a two person Jacuzzi, and an immense walk in closet.

Both guest bedrooms have TV/VCRs, spacious walk in closets, and full bathrooms with lovely Mexican tile. One guest room is furnished with a king sized bed and the other with two queen sized beds.

There is also another guest bedroom and bathroom off the courtyard which can be used as an additional bedroom with independent access if required.

On the Lower Level is a completely self contained Suite with a master bedroom that opens onto the pool and Jacuzzi. A wall of glass provides ocean views from the entire living area, which includes a large bedroom with a king sized bed, full bathroom and walk in closet. There is also an open floor plan living room with a full entertainment center, kitchen and dining area.

Also included on this level is a newly renovated large guest bedroom suite with full bathroom ensuite with a measure of privacy and views out over the sea.
