The beaches in Italy are never privately owned but in this case the only people using this beach are guests of this Villa and other occasional guests of the nearby villas.

The well maintained garden, slopes gently towards the swimming pool, which is equipped with a swim against the current system and is heated by solar panels which allow the temperature to rise 4 ° or 5 ° C higher than the environment.

An outdoor kitchen area with barbecue, built in granite table and benches is close to the pool.
