Located in the artistic lake side village of Blevio, and rising directly out of the exquisite Lake Como, this villa faces the famous Grand Hotel Villa d’Este.

This villa is securely located down a quarter mile gated road guarded by a quaint old gate-house, in the midst of seven acres of luxuriant gardens and woods which also protect the Villa 9035 (This villa 9035 can be combined with villa 9038 if desired. The two residences are separated by a historic harbour flanked by ancient terracotta statues).
The villa is totally state of the art modernised with air conditioning and is luxuriously furnished down to the finest italian linens and antiques from the owner's own collection.
This villa offers five double bedrooms and one single bedroom which can be also a television room. Each bedroom has its own marble bathroom.

There is also a modern kitchen, a TV reading room, and a period decorated frescoed salon and dining room with direct access on the lake shore terrace which will be the setting of much of your visit's dining and entertaining in the Italian “plein air” tradition.

The villa has its own underground parking and boat dock. Both are connected directly to the house, from which your own rented boat or the comfortable water taxis can whisk you at your choice to the charming villages and fine restaurants which line the lake.

The roof floor level has a frescoed cupola with central balcony on the central floor entrance.

The third bedroom has two single beds, and marble bathroom.

On the lake shore level there is a laundry room, with one guest marble guest bath room with shower.

There is a contemporary kitchen fully equipped and a frescoed salon and dining room with double fireplace and direct access on the lakeshore terrace.

There is also a shared swimming pool with neighboring Villa 9038, located on the grounds away from both villas, with a pool house equipped with bath and shower plus a pool deck and BBQ.

You can also swim in the Lake, or you can use the pool facility and services at Villa D’Este.

Villa 9035 can be rented separately or together with Villa 9038 to create an exclusive estate rental. Please note if you rent Villa 9035 by itself, there may be possibility of other guests sharing the pool and grounds during your stay. Aside from this each villa is completely independent and private.

The villas are three miles from the charming old city of Como and one hour’s drive from the cosmopolitan city of Milan and from the Malpensa Airport.

The Hotel Villa D'Este is located on the opposite shore of the lake, and offers its restaurant and sporting club facilities such as tennis, water skiing, health spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and, on special request and depending on booking possibilities, access to villa D’Este's eighteen holes golf course.


During the High periods priorty of renting 9038 with exclusive use of grounds and swimming pool is given before confirming any weeks for villa 9035. Villa 9035 can be rented in April or May or Low Seasons without this restriction.
