Barbados Villa 1301 is a newly well designed four bedroom villa, located on the Sandy Lane Estate.

The house has been tastefully decorated and had been outfitted to the highest of standards.

The four bedrooms are all air conditioned with ensuite bathrooms and balconies. Each bedroom has its own T.V, VCR and stereo.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The 4th bedroom has two twin beds.

The formal living room and out door living flow into one another and have amazing views of the pool, ocean and gardens. Off of the outdoor living is the formal dinning room with coral stone walls and large coral stone dinning table, which seats twelve people. There is also a small entertainment center, which has a large flat screen cable T.V, DVD Player, Direct T.V, VCR and surround sound system.

Off of the bedrooms and living areas there is a large pool with Jacuzzi. To the right of the pool there is a large gazebo with a small bar and sitting area, which on looks a lily pond that flows through the grounds of the estate.

The garden has been professionally landscaped with many tropical plants, a small waterfall and a path of stepping stones all leading to a small gazebo which overlooks the Sandy Lane golf course and the ocean.

Reservation includes Staff of Butler. Cook. Laundress and Maid.

Sandy Lane Beach 2 minutes by car, or 15 minutes walk. At the beach there are beach chairs and loungers available for Sandy Lane guests.
