Situated on the hillside of Rooi Catootje.

The property consists of 26,480 square foot of lush garden designed by the prestigious landscape architect Fernando Tabora from Chile.

It is filled with over a hundred varieties of flowers and plants, flowing ponds and waterfalls surrounding one the most spectacular infinity edged pools imaginable.
This pool is 3,230 square foot in size and is one of the biggest pools available among private Villas on the island. The ultimate pool experience is guaranteed!

The Villa features a waterfall, diving rock, a Jacuzzi, a poolside gazebo, and an alfresco shower and restroom.

You can enjoy the sounds of waterfalls, birds chirping and the wind blowing through the palm trees while you enjoy a gourmet dinner or a glass of wine on the outside terrace.

This beautiful Villa offers 7 bedrooms (6 twin beds, 2 king size beds, and 2 queen size beds) and 6.5 baths including one al fresco.

There's a fitness room which can be converted into an 8th bedroom with two single beds upon request.

There are 7 TV's and 5 DVD's throughout the property and a surround system in the living area.

The bedrooms feature Central AC and the living and kitchen area offer ventilators.

A Meeting Room equipped for 6 to 8 people features a secretary desk, computer, fax, copy machine, wireless internet, refrigerator, freezer, wine cooler, lounge area, and large windows offering spectacular garden and island views.

Outside you will find a large infinity pool and Jacuzzi , a gazebo with hardwood lounge chairs and a bar area with open terraces, 4 covered patios, entertainment center (including big screen TV and sound system), large propane barbeque grill, and outdoor round dining table for 10 to 12 guests.

The main house has 5 bedrooms and the gym that can be converted to a 6th bedrom if needed, and there is a guest cottage with a private two-bedroom apartment by the garden and pond.

This guest cottage offers full privacy from the main house. It has a front covered patio, a living/dining room with cable TV and DVD, an open kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and a master bedroom with king size bed and built in closets.

There are remote controlled gates and a covered garage and parking space for a second vehicle.

The Villa offers 4 kitchens and a separate laundry area with washer and dryer.

Separate to the main house is a private two bedroom apartment by the garden and pond.
This apartment offers full privacy from the main house. It has a front covered patio, a living/dining room with cable TV and DVD, an open kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and a master bedroom with king size bed and built in closets.
If you feel the need to explore the island, the concierge will be able to arrange any excursion you desire; swimming with the dolphins, barbequeing on the beach, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, surfing, or a romantic dinner at one of the many fine restaurants in Curacao.

* Private chauffeur in luxury vehicle or SUV. There is no better way to explore the island than with your own personal chauffeur. Chauffeur is available for 4 hours, 8 hours or 24 hours a day.

* Rental vehicles. If you prefer to drive yourself, then we can have a vehicle delivered to the Villa for you. We are able to assist you with rentals of luxury vehicles including BMW, Chrysler, Jeep, Mercedes Benz, etc.

* Personal protection. For those who are used to personal protection, we can arrange professional private bodyguards available around the clock.

* Private cook. Renting a villa does not necessarily mean that you want to do your own cooking. For those who want the convenience and privacy of a villa but want to be pampered and served like a resort guest, we can arrange a private cook who can prepare your meals according to your specifications.

* Grocery shopping. Guests can send a list of all items they would like to have placed in the villa before their arrival.

* Private meals. Those who do not need a private chef but want to have some private meals arranged at the villa, we can offer the following options:

* Typical local barbeque feast. You should not checkout before you have enjoyed this local style barbeque feast! The chef will do all the work for you. All you have to do is grab hold of a cool drink and get your taste buds ready for a savory treat.

* Indonesian buffet. The villa is a Bahasa Indonesia influenced. So your stay here would not be complete without savoring a variety of Indonesian dishes. Our local Indonesian cook can prepare a wonderful Indonesian buffet for you.

* Sandwich and salad lunch. We can prepare a buffet with a variety of sandwiches, salads and tropical juices.

* Get the true flavor of Curacao! Try samples of a variety of local dishes right in the comfort of your villa. Stew dishes, goat meat, stuffed Dutch cheese, local vegetables, and typical local deserts.

* Seafood extravaganza. Let our chef prepare a seafood feast with all the best seafood dishes available on the island.

* Cleaning service. Cleaning service from Monday to Friday is included in rental. Additional cleaning on weekends and holidays can be arranged.
